60-Day Warranty

Garage Cell LLC offers a 60-day warranty on all products purchased from our website. This warranty covers manufacturing defects and malfunctions that occur under normal use. It does not cover physical damage caused by mishandling, accidents, or unauthorized modifications.

Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a return under our warranty policy, please ensure that:

  • The item is in its original packaging.
  • The item is accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or receipt).
  • The item exhibits a manufacturing defect or malfunction covered under our warranty.

Return Process

Contact Us: Before returning any product, please contact our customer service team at Mike@garagecell.net to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number, the reason for the return, and any relevant details.

Return Authorization: Our customer service team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and instructions for returning the product.

Packaging: Pack the item securely in its original packaging, along with all accessories and documentation included in the original shipment.

Shipping: Ship the item back to us using a trackable shipping service. Please ensure that the RMA number is clearly marked on the outside of the package.
Refund or Replacement

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund or replacement.

Refund:

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.
Replacement: If approved and a replacement is available, we will ship the replacement item to you promptly.

Exclusions:

Please note the following exclusions from our returns policy:

  • Items damaged due to misuse, abuse, or negligence.
  • Products that are not returned in their original packaging or are missing accessories.
  • Products returned without prior authorization or an RMA number.
