As co-founder, he has played a central role in defining the company’s direction—building a business grounded in accountability, operational discipline, and consistent execution.
Mike’s leadership is focused on scaling operations, strengthening domestic and global supply-chain partnerships, and continuously improving processes across all service lines. His hands-on industry background and practical approach to problem-solving have helped establish Garage Cell LLC as a trusted partner for carriers, wholesalers, recyclers, and enterprise clients.
Equally important to Mike is building a company that operates responsibly. Joe DeRose — Chief Operating Officer
Joe DeRose brings over 17 years of hands-on operational experience to his role as Chief Operating Officer at Garage Cell LLC. He is responsible for overseeing day-to-day production, quality assurance, and process execution across the company’s R2v3-certified operations, ensuring every device meets defined standards for performance, reliability, and compliance.
Joe leads the teams that keep Garage Cell running efficiently at scale. His strength lies in building disciplined workflows, optimizing production throughput, and implementing data-driven improvements that enhance accuracy and turnaround time.
